Geometry and lacework in Hispano-Musulman carpentry

A collection of experiences of Enrique Nuere and Spanish Historic Carpentry. It not only includes a facsimile of the manuscript of Diego López de Arenas but also completes what that sevillian carpenter did not explain in his text.

This publication alternates the knowledge of carpentry with a novelised biography of an imagined apprentice learning his trade. We are immersed in the world and society of López de Arenas and fray Andrés de San Miguel, authors of the two fundamental guides on Spanish Historic Carpentry.
